Board of Directors

In the past years, the Chamber has been dominated by business owners focused on making Hinton a business-friendly community. This Board understands how challenging it is to run a business and has maintained a consultative relationship with the Town of Hinton. This has allowed our business community a voice in municipal decision-making as we have successfully implemented an Offsite Levy Bylaw to really clarify development risk and have had input on the new Land-Use Bylaw to ensure a forward-looking law.

If the Hinton & District Chamber of Commerce or any of our board members can be of any assistance whatsoever please contact us!

Robyn Frizzell

I am the Operations Manager for McStrong Safety Services. RE/MAX 2000 realty

Curtis Anderson

Throughout school, I had a passion for marketing, negotiations, strategy, and management, and I have found real estate to be the perfect blend of all these passions. Where I get the most job satisfaction is from the ability to help people. Every day I have the opportunity to meet the most incredible people, help them with one of the biggest transactions of their lives, and develop lifelong relationships with them.

Crystal Leuschen

I moved to Yellowhead County in 2019 from a small rural community in the heart of the oil and gas industry. I became a board member so I can advocate for my clients needs on a larger scale. When I first started meeting business owners and talking with them I quickly realized how much the local Chamber was doing for their local businesses. I wanted to be able to help in this same way and became a board member right away.

I am the Franchise Owner of STOR-X ORGANIZING SYSTEMS NORTHWEST ALBERTA. We have been serving Hinton, Jasper, Edson, Grande Cache and Grande Prairie for the past 3 years.

NAVANA Labs Hinton

I moved to Hinton with my husband and three children to start up Hinton’s very first commercial laboratory in 2019 offering coal quality testing services. Most recently the laboratory, NAVANA Labs Hinton, was ISO 17025 accredited for several wastewater/drinking water parameters in addition to being accredited for many coal quality testing services.
