Hinton & District Chamber of Commerce’s Annual General Meeting

Now is the perfect time to get more involved with the Chamber as we will have three (3) board positions available this year. 

Save the Date: May 4th, 2023. 
Time: 11:30AM – 1:00PM
Place: Hinton Golf Club, Banquet Room
Cost: $25+GST to cover lunch cost. 
Lunch included.

Special Resolution:

In the event a vacancy occurs in the role of President the Vice President or another individual in the Board can assume the roll of President to complete the term.

If this occurs during their last term of service, the individual would have the option of extending their term by 1 year to give them the opportunity to fulfill the President’s duties.

The assumed position is subject first to board approval and then ratification by the general membership at a future general meeting or by virtual voting whichever is most expedient.
