We provide employment services. Our current programs are Transition to Employment Services and Skills Quest Plus program. 

The Transition to Employment Services program assists individuals with obtaining full-time employment of at least 30 hours per week in Hinton. We offer customized support from our skilled Job Coaches; whose individualized work is supplemented with workshops, Job Find Club, a self-serve resource hub with computers, a copier, fax machine and up to date job postings from local employers. Our Job Coaches are here to assist and support you not only obtaining that job but supporting you during the first few weeks of the job.

Skills Quest+ provides financial resources and supportive employment services to job seekers who self-identify as having permanent or recurring physical, mental or neurodevelopment disability that restricts their ability to perform daily activities. 

Eligible applicants for this program have access to a qualified team of skilled employment coaches and Job Developers. Our team is always ready to assist those job seekers navigate the world of employment. The program offers a complete set of employment services and resources to assist participants obtain meaningful and sustainable employment. This program operates from the Alberta Border along Highway 16 to Edmonton.  

We can assist with resume and cover letter development, interview prep, accessing the hidden job market and many other employment strategies depending on your needs. 

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:30. We are closed for statutory holidays. 

We can assist any employer who is seeking to fill their employment needs in a variety of ways. Job Fairs, Interview Space, Posting job leads, just to name a few. 

All of our services are FREE of charge.
